( Ch. Tamaron’s In The Ghetto x Ch. Tamaron’s Heartfelt )

Blayde was a go-getter right from the start. When he was old enough to be out with the older dogs, I was concerned that one of the adults would take his food so I stood and sort of guarded him. No need to be concerned- Blayde was definitely able to take care of himself! He has the confidence and self assurance that I love and have come to expect in my dogs. Blayde is tightly bred having a Kennedy sister for his mom and a Kennedy son as his dad.

Blayde was the fluffiest, hairiest puppy I have ever seen. He grew coat daily! Blayde’s first show was the California Specialties held right before the American National in Pomona, CA in March of 2010. He turned 6 months the day of the first Specialty and ended up winning 2nd sweeps finalist under judge Marion Darrow, behind Howie, Ch. Tamaron’s Deal Or No Deal. What a great debut for a 6 month old puppy! His head and ears had to be trimmed daily, as this puppy literally grew coat overnight! When Mary Wells of Blossom Hill Collies saw him she said’ “He looks like the old Twin Creeks stuff”- a compliment indeed! Later in the week at the National, Bob Futh saw him in his x-pen and said the same thing!

Blayde finished his championship quickly, winning a Best Puppy in Show and a BB over the #1 Rough in Canada along the way. He is an extremely fun loving happy dog that is interested in and excited about everything! He likes to grab your hand as you are walking and if that fails to get your attention he will go for your feet. He has a great vertical leap and likes to startle you by jumping straight up and looking you in the eye.

Blayde has a very long, correctly set neck that he really knows how to use, blending into a level topline, slightly sloping croup and a strong rear. His side gait is beautiful with great reach and drive. He has a beautiful eye, correctly shaped and place, giving him a gorgeous face on expression. He has a full underjaw, full dentition and a scissors bite. He has a very flat backskull and his head is very clean along the sides but he has a bit of depth.

Blayde is so much fun- you never know what will happen next with him around!
